FRAT RANKINGS 2023 RUSH

These are the accurate frat rankings. I’m in deeph and these are what most people would agree on. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.
1. SAE: they just took over after ep fell off hot guys and good parties
2. Pikapp: very close with pike give me the same vibe I would say pike throws better parties but pikapp has better sorority relations
3. Pike: they throw the best registered parties and they have a pool at their frat house. Hot guys who are also actually nice
4. Sig Chi: I think chi is so strange. They have average parties and they have some
Hot guys but some super strange. I would say out of all the top frats chi is the weirdest but they have better sorority relations that pikapp and pike.
5. Beta: the definition of average they don’t have a frat house which makes them even more average. Adpi is a little better than them.
The rest don’t matter I’m sorry beta shouldn’t even matter but I had to have a top 5. Beta is by no means a top frat.

Majority of the people are trying to understand the ranks. Never really went to Ep
But not the point. Once you get past a certain frat they are all the same just depends on the people you vibe with. Sorry if I offended anyone.
