Pi phi definitely will because they’re really small, but chi o may do it too and I think tri delt is below numbers, but they don’t always con for some reason. I’d email panhell if I were you, it usually starts right away and for the bigger sororities probably won’t last very long

I would think so, panhell basically finds out the average number of girls in a sorority and whichever are below that can COB if they want, so 3-4 would usually be eligible but they may not do it. Pi phi is the only given because they are way below everyone else but chi o ADPI and tri delt have all done it at least once since I’ve been here
