Top tier is the Sigs:
Sig Ep, Sigma Chi, SAE

Tier 2 can throw but srat ties aren’t as good as the Sigs:
PiKapp, Pike, Beta

Tier 3 is the true middle, pretty solid houses:
AEPI, Phi Delt

Tier 4 is new frats that have a chance to maybe not be bottom:
TKE, ZBT

Tier 5 is established frats that suck and probably always will:
ASig, Lambda

I don’t make the rules

For the most part frats within the same tier are interchangeable everyone has their own favorites.

Also worth noting the gap between 3 and 4 is pretty huge

Srat senior and gonna be honest lambda belongs up there with tke and zbt, I was a freshman when they left and here when they came back, it’s a different frat and i wouldn’t put them with asig, parties are much better
