fall rush 2022 transfer

I am planning on transferring to uMiami next year as a sophomore. is fall rush normally filled with sophomores and transfer students? i’ve heard that freshman aren’t allowed to rush until spring so I would assume that fall rush is filled with sophomores. thanks!

Fall rush is only for frats and sometimes sororities informally
