New chapters???

Fraternities possibly, I believe ZBT is being re colonized this year, and kappa sig may come back in the next few years. Tke just came, so I doubt any “new” chapters will be brought but frats that have been here and kicked off will probably be allowed back
Sororities not for awhile, people always say dg is coming back but they never will, because sororities vote on who can come to campus and when. Pi phi just got here and is still significantly smaller than the other chapters, so panhell will likely give them at least 3 years or so if not more to get numbers before bringing someone else

There's quota but sororities can get quota additions. That happens if a PNM writes down both sororities but she's not high on either list. In this case, since she made it to pref, she's a quota addition. No one knows who the quota additions are except panhel and the VPR

The problem is girls want to be in sorority but then they are too snobby to take a bid from pi phi or chi o. Then they go crying that they didn't get a bid. So if the girls all just took those bids then those sororities would be ranked higher. Really all of Miami is pretty cool, so these crybabies need to get over it and join one of the ones that wanted them instead of crying about the ones that didn't want them.

I was an rc and plenty of girls liked chio and pi phi and took those bids, I had people dropping with zeta and ADPI still on their schedule cuz so many people are just obsessed with being top. Chio made quota and one of my girls didn’t get a bid, and for a new chapter pi phi didn’t do bad at all. Most of the people complaining that we need more wouldn’t want to join a chapter they think is anything but “top”, but if we brought a new chapter they would literally start at 0 so idk how they think that would help
