End of Semester Frat Rankings

Me or at least my friends have been to parties hosted by every frat on campus
Top:
Sig Ep/Pi Kapp-
Can’t go wrong with either. Really attractive guys, great culture, throws good events
SAE-
Similar to Sig ep and Pi kapp in terms of quality, just not quite on their level.
Upper Mid Tier:
Beta/Pike- Hard to rank one over the other, both good frats. Beta throws better events but my friends and I like the Pike guys better.
Below the top five frats there’s a significant drop in quality
Lower Mid:
Sig Chi- Attractive guys but give off weird/creepy vibes at times. Definitely falling off
Phi Delt-Definition of mediocre. Still like going to their events though.
Aepi- Falling off. Nice guys but events have not been the same. Wouldn’t be surprised if they fell to lower tier in the near future.
Bottom Tier:
Lambda/TKE-
Both these frats have the same problem in that they throw boring events. Overall the dudes are nice and good looking but both have their weirdos.
Asig: By far the worst frat on campus. The guys are weird and off putting and their events suck.
