End of Semester Rankings/Trends

I’m not gonna do that, though I will admit recent events have put AEpi near sig chi on the creepy scale.Not quite there cuz that was only one brother, but they need to make some efforts to fix their image

Trends for srats
Top sororities/the ones people want to be in:
SDT (top and staying top)
DPHIE (moving down)
Zeta (moving up)
ADPI (moving up)
Tri delt (same)
Chi o (getting better)
Pi phi??? (Mix of girls who didn’t get a bid and actually chill girls who just aren’t super into Greek life)

Sig Ep - parties and pc were not as good as usual, down a little but still comfortably top house with two good years of upperclassmen returning.
Pi Kapp - didn’t throw that much but when they did it was super fun, maintained number two. Some of their pledges are really not nice though, hope this doesn’t become a trend with them because they’ve always been the nicest guys in the top tier.
SAE - probably had the best events this semester, will reclaim their spot ahead of pi kapp if they keep it up. Also one of the best pc’s, really nice respectful guys.
These three are the top frats, the next three are hard to rank for a few reasons and you can re order them based on personal preference.
Beta - Threw the best pool parties out of anyone early in the sem, but completely shut down after c&d. Need to see them do it for a whole semester before they can make a case for top tier. Liked almost all of their pledges but didn’t get to see them that much.
Sigma Chi - Still not what they used to be but this pc was definitely better than their spring ‘20 guys. Probably on their way back to top if they keep it going. Events haven’t been great but it’s probably just because they want to be careful on suspension.
Pike - Literally tried charging girls for alcohol. Got a huge pc with good looking guys but they think they’re better than they are. Need to re-evaluate. I think once the founders are gone they’ll get a lot better.
I’m not listing the other frats because idk anything about them. Not saying they’re bad i just don’t want to talk about people idk.

This one is the most accurate except idk if I love the SAE pc that much. Pike took a decent PC but they fell off halfway through the semester
