SAE is probably the top house right now
Sig Ep is on the rise & they have a lot of numbers
Sig Chi was up there too but they're declining right now
Pike is really low key cause they got kicked off
Sammy is aight I guess. I don't really hear a lot about them except for their disgusting hazing stories
ZBT and Lambda Chi both have a lot of chill dudes and are both on the rise
Pi Kapp is pretty chill also from what I've heard.
Beta just lost a ton of respect for calling the cops on SAE but they're about to get a house so they're sorta on the rise.
Kappa Sig isn't doing too well because they just got back
Alpha Sig just got here so they sorta suck right now

1. Sig Chi: most live parties and hottest guys
2. SAE: best all around good/hot guys and amazing house
Upper/Middle:
3. Sig Ep: going to be top soon but not yet they need a house and more exclusivity
Middle:
4. Beta: getting house and got good pledge class
5. Pikapp: house keeps them in middle, good boys
Lower/Middle:
6. ZBT: such a mixed bag, no longer have star island
7. Aepi: bitter because they didn't get into zbt or sammy
Lower:
8. Lambda Chi: nice boys just aren't top
9. Kappa Sig: started from the bottom...
Pike is in it's own category because its off-campus and Sammy is too hard to rate.

Top (No order):
Sig chi
SAE
Pike (off campus but will always be near top)
Upper middle:
Sig Ep (On the rise because of fall class and last year socially)
Middle:
The rest, not really in any order. All have sororities that like them. All throw parties.
Limbo:
Kappa Sig (new on campus so hard to rank, people seem to be giving them a chance but whether they rise or stay lower tier won't show for a couple years)
Bottom:
Alpha Sig (do they ever throw parties or have a charter? not trying to be harsh but very small presence on campus)

Not that zbt is anything spectacular, but putting lambda on the same level as them (and above pi kapp, beta, and even kappa sig)? Not remotely close to reality. Also completely left out phi delt and aepi, and the first of these two is definitely better than lambda chi (aepi is debatable). Also, betas only renting the pike house (which pike nationals owns, not um) for 2 years, after that they're screwed once pike gets rechartered--unless a school-owned house opens up on frat row. In all likelihood the school's not gonna give em back their suite, which kappa sig will probably get when their lease starts.
