It's obvious that your in zbt. Zbt is still a low mid tear frat. Only reason you guys ever get decent pledge classes is cause you throw money at the freshman guys starting in the fall. So many kids use you guys for the party's and then join top frats like sig chi and pike it's not even funny.

TOP:
Sigchi- luckily didnt get kicked off. Rage hard and often, get a lot of girls. theres a big disparity between the brotherhood though (aka some of them are weird, including pledges)
Pike- off campus but still as popular as ever. half the size of sigchi but overall higher quality. have a giant new house on the way for you freshmen.
SAE- good organization overall. dont go as hard as other frats but makeup for it in other categories like philanthropy. have a similar problem as sigchi in terms of some kids being awkward, only noticed this because i dont have to get blackout everytime i go.
UPPERMID: its a tossup based on preferences
Sigep- a HUGE frat in terms of numbers, you're bound to find someone you'll like (along with someone you'll despise). always have something going on though.
Pikapp- having a house is a huge bonus for them. slightly above average in every category which says a lot for Miami greeklife.
Sammy- throw down a lot, especially south beach but they have been killing the pool party game lately.
ZBT- more of a mid tier but i wouldnt want to put them any lower. cool guys to smoke with, girls use them for their weed though.
LOWMID:
Beta- lost a lot of respect in greek community after calling cops on SAE. still solid group filled with average guys.
Phidelt- try hards. not that its a problem, i personally respect it a lot but sometimes take it too far.
KappaSig- doing well for such a new frat. still 4/5 of their chapters are weirdos though.
LOW: Lambda & AEPi
