Will Pike be getting their house back anytime soon?

to anyone who thinks pike is getting their house back in your time at UM, its not happening. That thing is condemned, so they have to build a new one regardless...

All the Freshman know what ZBT and think it is the best.

Honestly that is the general consesious with everyone I've talked to..

Pike is less involved than ZBT, no one knows THEY exist. Don't even have a house? How can they be considered that good of a frat? Do you have any idea what a frat is supposed to be? It's not about sweet muscles and arrogance, it's about brotherhood, and going through pledging. None of the other frats offer this. Sig Chi is a bunch of loosers dude. Honestly anyone who goes to a school with REAL frats would find them and Pike to be an absolute joke.

Your perception of Frats is based on what you've seen at UM, yet that is not how frats are on most campuses.. Our Greek Life is very different, and most are not even comparable to actual frats at frattier schools.

ZBT will have the best pledge class spring semester. Just wait. I promise you that. Pike will have a really hard time getting anyone.But I guess the only reason people pledge is because they are "Pike"

If i want a good, typical fraternity experience at UM.. What's the best house?

typical = good parties, involved, well liked..

Really, rush the top 5 on here and see if you get a bid from any. If you do, it's most likely a good match. The Top 5 on here are pretty legit, but you should also weigh whether or not the fraternity having a house is important to you or not. If it is, your options become very narrowed.

The best house is SAE. However, you could love the house, and hate the guys, and be miserable. Just something to keep in mind.

so is Sigma Chi the best with a house?

It all depends on perception. As you can see with the ratings, while some people love them, others hate them. You really just have to rush, get to know some of the guys, and decide for yourself.
