Question about pike house

Since pike is getting their house back this fall, does that mean that they can throw real parties there? I know phi delt couldn't because they were renting it from pike, but now that pike has it what's the situation? Because that house is sooo nice

Phi delt’s dry housing nationally so that kinda fckd them over.

I’d say same rules apply as any other frat on the row. 1 RP a semester & tailgates (as long as it isn’t considered hazardous w the pool)

They can’t tailgate bc of the pool so I think they still have to pair with another house

Not sure but I’m p sure they can’t cuz of the pool and the house is managed by a company so they gotta come to agreements on stuff

Ya I think phi delt couldn’t cuz of their nationals. But pike will still have to abide by the school rules and have 1 RP a semester plus tailgates. Idk if they’ll be able to throw stuff by the pool cuz it might be a hazard
