From what I saw rushing last spring...
"Top" frats (sigs + pikapp) will have around 200-300 sign-ins and ~20-30 kids in their PCs. I'd be careful here, since most of these kids already decided what half of their PC is gonna look like.
"Mid" frats will probably have around 100-200 kids sign in, and take ~15-25 kids in their PC. It varies based on their numbers each year.
As you go "lower" it gets less competitive.

Sig Ep: Wear a Rolex, date a model and drive an expensive car. Your terrible personality doesn’t matter.
Sig Chi: Be from a Catholic school in Jersey or Long Island. Be aggressive and kind of a chooch.
SAE: Have great grades and come from a good background. Be less of a douuche than the other 2 Sigs. Have girls like you.
Pi Kapp: Be a good kid but kind of lame. Pikapps were not cool in high school now they try too hard to act like “frat” tards. How you pull won’t matter here.
Anyone else: Have a pulse and a credit card for dues.
