They’re all the same at the end of the day pernsonaility and genuine wise. Obviously a few outliers in each and some maybe more. Maybe the top are less genuine if anything because they get the idea from girls that they are cool

If you want to be in a frat with more genuine brothers, join one of the middle tier ones. Top tier less genuine but better reputation. So depends what u want
