definitive ranking for spring 2020 in regards to mid tier frats
#1 Aepi: Seems to be the preferred mid tier frat by sororities and rushes. Lots of zeta groupies now and have had good night parties and venues. The guys aren’t as cute but they can rage
#2 Beta: Have been pretty stagnant this year. A few good parties here and there but also have been good at solidifying relations with zeta and adpi in addition to their classic tri delt pairings. Pulled a much better PC than phi delt and aepi this time around but haven’t heard of many parties
#3 Phi Delt: With them moving out of the house, they’re not in any better of a spot than beta is. Phi delt also choked during rush and pulled an unimpressive and small fall class. deteriorating sorority relations. Only thing they can do well is pool parties which girls say are very fun
#4 Pike: Up from bottom tier. Big things coming. Expect pike to be rising in the rankings fast. Now that the house is a done deal rushes will flock. They’ve got numbers and girls now let’s add a mansion to the mix
#5 Sammy: On the verge of becoming bottom tier. Have fallen off the face of the earth

Phi delt has like 4-5 somewhat cool juniors and a solid 5 cool sophomores who put themselves out there. Everyone else sits there and won’t come talk to us or just wants to get in ur pants at events

Can personally say i turned down a phi delt bid for aepi this semester lmaoo. I vibed w em better but def also a doper frat

Did you actually go to both parties or are you just saying that? Cause aepi had wayyy more people and didnt run out of alc early on lmaoo
