Mainly NJ/North east kids
Newest house, good GPA
Also good sorority relations
Not many negatives except in trouble recently

Great house for tailgates
Strong relationship ZTA
A lot of NJ kids
For as many cool/normal guys there’s 2 squids
Pledging/hazing is unnecessarily extreme
