Why are Phi Delt boys so nice / polite ? So different than the rest at Miami

A lot of it has to do with how many of them are from the Midwest where people tend to be nicer than the northeast

I mean there are still a couple weird ones I’ve met but ya I always feel welcome when I go to a phi delt events. There is a couple good looking ones and nobody is really an a hole.
