Sig Ep doesn’t have a house on campus which has cons. Can’t tailgate by themselves and rely on other frats. Mix of personalities from nice to douchey. Some squids. Overall, good looking.
Pikapp has arguably the best yard on campus which is why they throw good tailgates. Care less about looks then sig ep and sae. Some squids but have risen significantly with their new classes.
SAE has turf and good house. Only one floor but layout is nice. They’re a good frat but are in some hot water. A lot of rich good looking kids but also pull a lot of gweetos. Some kids are way too full of themselves.

First of all F Sig Ep. They’re tools.
That said, having a house is a huge drawback (cough Zeebs) when the biased SAE Dean is jonesing to toss them off campus.
By being off campus they keep their dirt and parties off school property. And because they’re shallow dbagz they bid guys with a lot of money who pull. So they have nice off campus cribs and babes party with them.
There’s a whole lot of things to rip Sig Ep for. Basically being a country club of future banker tools, not being involved, being super shallow, superficial friendships, zero brotherhood. But I think if you asked Sig Chi they’re probably pretty annoyed they have the house. Occupying university property when you’re an underage beer/weed/vape club that hazes is probably a bad idea.
