Going out on a limb here assuming I really don’t know about Greek life, but short answer is no it wouldn’t be recognized by panhel. There’s only 26 panhel sororities or something like that, and different sororities have chapters at different schoolers. There is a but though. If you’re referring to historically white sororities, that would be Panhellenic. However, if you’re looking to be part of a minority ,religious, or major specific sorority and we don’t have one already there’s a possibility you could contact the nationals of whatever org you want to bring here and see how they do expansion. Depending on what it is you might be able to start a halter if you get enough girls, which for some minority sororities I’ve seen at other schools isn’t many at all. This doesn’t really apply to historically black sororities either I don’t think, as they are very selective but I’m not exactly sure how they work.

I am serious, thank you this has been very helpful. I think I was a little confused ab the definition of a sorority thinking it could be interchangeable for an exclusive club or something haha. Thank you!
