Honestly I do think this is the most accurate. Sig Chi needs to stop letting guys from their hometowns in Connecticut or New Jersey pledge. It’s making them look bad. Sammy really has been going down for a while now. I don’t know though if I’d place them below beta. Beta just kinda likes tri delt and their parties aren’t that amazing. The top three has the hottest guys for the most part. Phi Delt is honestly kinda vanilla and boring, but the music is usually good. I wouldn’t take any of the guys home , but they’re nice. I prefer them to AEPI but AEPi usually is stocked up on booze better.
