Lol. this is stupid. for official mixers and whatever this is true ya but that doesnt mean it keeps people from hu w who ever they want? Ik girls in SDT/DPhie that date guys in "middle" frats. And boys in "top" frats dating girls in TriDelt/ADPi. as an example, but there would be exceptions to everything... stop acting like whatever your in determines that it rly doesnt matter

Gotta agree with the above that this pretty much goes exclusively for closed parties and doesn’t really affect how guys do at other social events or who they hook up with. I’ve met plenty of deephs at beta and pikapp events and plenty of chi os at sig ep. also I would think it would be more impressive to pull a gorgeous tri delt than a more average looking zeta so I don’t see how hooking up with girls in one sorority over another is more impressive, especially since most girls at UM are pretty hot you really can’t tell which sorority one is in by looking at them. As a girl I’d choose a hot phi delt or kappa sig over an unnattractive sae any day of the week so I’m not impressed by girls either who date someone because of their org’s status instead of how attractive (personality and looks wise) they are

Don’t hate because you know this is true. Obviously this is a generalization and there are obviously exceptions but this is a reality of how it works at UM. This isn’t to say you can’t get girls from other sororities that you want. All this means is these are the sororities the guys in each frat usually getting. You are more likely to get a girl in sdt/deeph if your in a top frat than if you are not. Don’t argue something that is a fact.

I lost brain cells reading this. If you’d just swallow your pride and realize that being in frat x or frat y doesn’t make you a better person I think we’d all be better off. If you’re attracted to someone based on the letters they wear you seriously need to re-evaluate your priorities because chances are you’re shallow and insecure.

This post is garbage. Letters mean nothing. Any confident guy can hookup with an SDT, Zeta, Tri Delt, Adpi, chi o. I would say former dgs are a little tougher but manageable. Dphies are the hardest.
