pros and cons of top tier frats

Pros: Traditionally the top frat. Chill, fun guys. All those guys were the man in high school. When joint w Sig Ep have by far best tailgates. Respected here and nationally.

Cons: Double secret probation with school. Dean itching to kick them off. Social life has fallen off with DG gone.

Sig Ep
Pros: Probably the number one "social life" choice the past few years. Brothers from all over the world. Friendly kids. Best parties. Probably date the hottest girls.

Cons: Lack of cohesion. Don't move as a unit. No house on campus. Uninvolved. If you don't have a similar background to their norm might be hard to "keep up." Unintentionally elitist

SAE
Pros: Social life rapidly improving with DG's demise. Best involvement, best leadership, highest GPAs. The chapter least likely to do something embarrassing or stupid. Easiest pledging, most reputable and probably the best to join for your future.

Cons: Still don't pull that great. Some less cool older guys. Weirdly arrogant. Not respected by other guys. Parties and tailgates just not on the same level as the other two.
