You are not wrong but that’s why they are lower mid. Interesting guys for sure. Some are chill, but others come off as weird/socially awkward. They also are on greekrank a lot, but to be fair they take a lot of heat so it’s understandable. It’s not a bad option to be a phi delt, but definitely shouldn’t be your top choice. Honestly lower mid frats Phi Delt, Beta, etc. shouldn’t be anyone’s top choice unless you see that you fit well with them from day one.

That's so bull. Phi Delts are decent, nice guys, not a bunch of douches that think they're gods because of daddy's money. They are not carbon copies of each other like the "top" 3, or try hards like Beta and PK. They have a great house, a good national rep that will last beyond UM, diverse group, and aren't jerks. Plus their parties are chill. I think everyone gives them heck because they are worried about them rising.
