by: new girlI am a new transfer was not accepted in time to register in time for recruitment. I want to try informal. I hope I don't have to wait until next year. I might try to seek out some girls for informal that would be the best fit for me. The ranks don't really help so I was wondering if someone could maybe explain the general characteristics/reputation of each of the sororities.

Not all of the sororities do informal; chances are adpi tridelt and chi o will at least but we won’t know for a while. I don’t know everyone’s personality yet because I haven’t spent that much time around all of the sororities so it wouldn’t be fair to say, but they all have girls who party and girls who don’t and every sorority has some gorgeous girls and some less. I saw people from chi o on the patio yesterday so they’re definitely doing informal, they do it pretty much like frat rush where they talk to pnms and invite them to an event to get to know them and then decide who to give bids to. The others usually try to keep it on the downlow because they’re embarrassed about doing informal, so they pretty much ask girls they already know. If you email Panhellenic they might be able to tell the chapters you’re interested.
