frats worth rushing/where to rush

In order

Sig Chi - pull, nice house, good parties, kinda douchy, think they're tough
Sig Ep - rich, adult swim, some foreign
Sae - good social recently and some cool guys, go if you don't get Sig Ep/Chi

Pikapp - arguably in same category as top 3 but we'll leave them a bit below right now. Great social, tough pledging, real brotherhood. Go if you don't get a top 3 bid or you vibe with brotherhood

ZBT - rich, pull well with freshman and a lil with top frats. Go if you're rich but can't get sig ep bid

Beta - sporty, decent parties, seemingly good brotherhood. Go if you're into more a Pikapp vibe but didn't get a bid

Everywhere else might not be worth it to everyone. But if you really want a brotherhood/parties check em out.
