aepi > phi delt

After the social events this semester and Phi delt losing like half their brothers Aepi is now on par with Phi Delt and maybe even a little better

I don't know why people think Aepi is lower mid. I am a freshman girl and although they might not have the most attractive brothers, they are always fun and safe. They also have a lot of parties and events throughout the semester. For me they're better than beta.

Any frat with a house who can’t use it to throw down is irrelevant (only Phi Delt). Aepi has at least been active this semester pairing with Beta and Zbt for tailgates this semester. Haven’t heard anything about Phi Delt the entire semester. They are nice kids, but they just haven’t been doing well this semester. Phi Delt was much better in the past but not this semester.

The quality of guys in phi delt is much better than AEPi. Phi delt is Just shy. AEPi is not “safe” by any means I have friends who have had assault and stalker issues by AEPi kids.
Phi delt is smaller but their brotherhood is much better (from my perspective) you Just have to get to know them

AEPi only had good tailgates cause they let Beta use their house.
