top tier frats

How important is it to already have connections to the top tier frats before rush even starts?

Really important for top tier. There’s like 300-500 kids rushing all of the top 3 frats. There’s no way brothers are going to remember you. So if you’re boys with someone in the frat, then they can help you out. I guess knowing hot girls is equally important. If you chill with hot girls and they put in a word for you, you should get a bid.

Top 3 already have an idea of who they want. They always leave some spots open for chill kids they meet at rush, but usually they know the majority of the pledge class before rush starts.
