rankings going into spring 2019?

Facts. This is generally right. Way I have it right now (sophomore girl)

1. Sig Ep
2. Sig Chi
3. Pi Kapp
4. SAE

This could go a bunch of ways. I know some girls who would have SAE 1 and Sig Ep 4.

Sig Ep does really well with pretty girls. Their off campus parties are great and their guys are good looking and nice people. Across the board have hot girlfriends and are a good time. They don't have a house and aren't involved. Known for meh brotherhood but still all cool w each other.

Sig Chi also does really well with pretty girls. Strong top tier chapter forever. A weird thing that I've seen is I know some guys in Sig Chi who have best friends in Sig Ep and vice versa. A lot of overlap there. Sig Chis downside is bad relations with the school, some kind of arrogant brothers, and meh relations with SDT.

Pi Kapp. Strengths are involved, good parties, fun, increasingly doing well with hotter girls. Their downsides are maybe not quite as selective during rush as other 3, known for trying too hard to be "fratty" and known hazing extremists.

SAE. Strengths are involvement, GPA, leadership. Respectful guys, focused, feel safe their. Parties have been better this year. Downside is just not a ton of fun, social guys. Other guys have no respect for SAE where the other top tier frats seem to respect each other even if they compete. Don't have as desirable gfs as other chapters reviewed
