downsides of top tier frats

Sig Ep: Actually deeply dysfunctional. Outside of a party you won't see these guys chilling together. Really do not care about their chapter or Greek life. Rush is straight up a "beauty contest" for dudes.

Sigma Chi: Actively douchey. One on one these guys might be alright but as a group just no. Maybe a tad aggressive and creepier than they need to be with girls. These guys are the opposite of Sig Ep in that they care waayyy too much about their frat.

SAE: Most of these guys weren't cool in high school. And a lot of them still aren't. Hard to get respect when you're in that deep with the narcs. Even their "studs" run pretty weak game.

Pi Kapp: Downright horrid risk management. And the standards aren't all that high for these drinking clubs in general. Most likely to accidentally kill a kid. Still low key salty about getting balled by top 3.

ZBT: I mean just look at this crew. It writes itself. For being so wack haze excessively.
