Couldn’t have said it better. Except Pikapp also has some “unDerGround” groupies. And ZBT is slowly fading into irrelevance so they aren’t getting with the top houses as often as Pikapp.

hold up there are a few dimes in the mid tiers, i wouldn't say they're a majority but i know of a few girls that are actual 10s in zeta/tridelt/adpi that are more attractive than the hot girls in the upper ones. I always ask myself why those girls are in those mid tiers

And what I’m saying is that you are right not all are hot. You will notice that in the top 200 out of 240 are dimes. Maybe deeph is and sdt have 150 out of 240. At Tri Delt and adpi you might find a few girls hotter than top tier but that’s it. The rest are just not as pretty. Knowone cares for a few 10’s on mid tier sororities. Putting Zeta in the same conversation as tri Delt and adpi is laughable.

I’d take Beta or even phi delt over ZBT any day of the week, ZBT is becoming irrelevant quick
