what is going on with phi delt

I’m really confused why they aren’t having much stuff this semester. Their last two pledge classes, including this falls, have been neck and neck if not better than the quality of Beta’s recent PCs. They also occupy the nicest house. They were for sure on the rise coming into the year but now idk where they stand.

Ur right I haven’t really heard much about them this semester. I heard their nationals have been strict about having stuff at the house idk why they don’t just go off campus

Nice guys tho, primarily southern / midwestern business students known for being more conservative compared to other frats on campus

This issue with phi delt is that yes they have had decent pledge classes the last two semesters but they have had a lot of kids drop (from pc and actual brothers). This fraternity isn’t as big as most because kids realize it’s not what they thought it was durning rush.

pretty false about the pledge class. ya they were doing better but giving out so many bids and taking lots cut by Beta. Still a noticeable gap between the two.

Boys are cute, but they have been struggling. Aepi and kappa sig might finally jump phi delt. They both have had better parties and have been getting better pledges.
