Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Asig, Lambda (So disappointing Phi Delt and Kappa Sig have great guys in their frats but have been doing way less than previous semesters)

Phi delt is NOT in the same boat as lambda and kappa sigs. They are far better. Go away pike / Beta / AEPi

I think you are misunderstanding the point this person is making. The person is saying that their semester has been bad. Not that they are bad. Phi Delt is obviously better than a frat like lambda but compared to frats like aepi and beta they are doing very poorly.
