final current rankings for the top tier

by:    

1. SAE - Best parties this semester, good pc, and no sketchy reputation. Aside from doing the best socially right now, these kids also have the best gpa, philanthropy, and most athletes. Well- rounded/ win chapter award annually

2. Sig Chi- Good socially but sketchy reputation hurts them consistently, bad at rushing kids. Not too much to offer outside of social events. nevertheless solid and a lot of cool kids

3. Sig ep- never really gets good pcs with the exception of last spring, and no house. In the long term, they can never truly be the best or really even in top 2 without falling quickly back down as is the case this semester. No house will continue to sting. To be a true fraternity you need a house. Good off campus parties but seem to be declining
