better frat to rush sigep or sigchi?

Sup. I'm a frosh rushing in January. I know both Sig Ep and Sig Chi are dank as hell and pull the best. I know some guys in both. Sig Ep doesn't have a house on campus but their guys say that's actually a good thing because it keeps them out of trouble with the school? Sigma Chi has a house. Ppl have said that Sig Ep parties are better but Sig Chi is a tighter brotherhood and more of a real frat. I'm not that interested in SAE.
Seems like they both throw down pretty hard. They both pull extremely well. Maybe Sig Ep pulls sliiightly better with the older girls but Sigma Chi does really well too. I like the kids in both. Which frat is better? I'm sure I'll be a lit Pledge Class President in either.

sig chi is better but they will prob be kicked off of campus within a year or two is my guess, and DG, their main girls, are now completely gone, so they're falling in the ranks / partywise. sig ep falling harder tho, and no house sucks, not a real frat. sae always at least top 2, sealing #1 spot this year, but if it's not for u, then dont go. go where you like the guys the best. meet people everywhere tho, not just one or two guys, you might be surprised. Pi Kapp mid tier but rising.
