sorority recruitment

I’m a freshman guy and I’ve met some chicks that aren’t in the top sororities like sdt or deephie that are more attractive than the girls in the top ones. I thought sorority recruitment was based on looks but clearly not because there are girls in middle tiers who look like top girls.

They are probably weird girls, thats why they didn't get in to top.

Recruitment isn't all about looks, I preffed at a top tier and a mid tier and chose the mid tier bc I liked the girls better. Personality is a factor too, girls find their homes wherever they belong.

this is true I've realized a lot of mid tier girls are pretty and have good personalities. I think most girls end up where they feel comfortable.

Bruh tiers are so weird here, alot of the times girls in not top sororities are cuter and way more real than top
