1. Sig Ep- if youre foreign, have a lot of money or a gym freak. you dont get hazed or have to worry about the liability of a house. basically a group of dudes who get together to throw pregames for the club and the occasional bangers on saturdays
2. SAE- the best and nicest house on campus. have fallen off a bit but have a good national rep and not too bad hazing, ideal if youre a nice guy
3. PiKapp- basically has eveolved into SAE II, really care about brotherhood and kind of the streotypical frat, if you like to try hard and mob the grove this is the one for you but all around very solid and up and coming
4. SigChi- the big dogs are still gonna ball and lets be honest Prepkie was just waiting for an excuse to kick em. They are chill kids from philly, new york and new jersey and while incredebly douchy what do you expect from a frat. greek rank may disagree but if youre relevant at miami theyll be fine, that being said, freshman going undergound and not getting nationally recognized youre probably better off rushing elsewhere
5. ZBT- the bag can be mixed as a lot of kids get bid for money and connections but they have a decent amount of chill kids and have gotten 3 good PC's in a row, youre going to get hazed pretty bad and the house isnt great but who cares when you have $2,000 bongs instead- they dont or really anthing besides their offwhite for that matter

If you have to... Beta kills it with the low tier sororities making them believe they are better than they actually are but still throw solid parties and good at IM, Sammy if youre into hazing hard and basically a less competent ZBT (how is that even possible) however theyre still way above a huge dropoff
