What frats at UM are known currently for being on the come up (I.e. moving from middle to upper middle or upper)?

It's really tough to move up here.

Pi Kapp is making some quality moves when they're not busting out of the closet, trying too hard, or putting rushes in the hospital.

For Upper Mid ZBT got a solid class and is way chiller now than Beta. They do have a habit of shooting themselves in the foot all the damn time but they're doing alright overall

For Lower Mid Phi Delt is kind of on the come up as ADPi does better.

Everyone else is who they are.
