From a girl's perspective, what are the differences between Ksig and Phi Delt?

The phi delt guys are a lot more cleaned up looking/ polished and have much better parties

Kappa sig has nice guys but phi delt is better.

On the first point, that’s really only true for the guys that just graduated and a couple rising seniors. The second point is very debatable/based on preference. Phidelt is definitely more southern.

I’m in a mid tier sorority so we hang out with both of these but more phi delt tbh and I completely agree that the phi delt kids are cleaner looking. Stereotypical white business students primarily.

Phi Delt is better than Kappa Sig but doesn’t mean that Phi Delt is good. Phi Delt is a decent frat and Kappa Sig is just below that. I think it really depends on the fit if your picking between these two frats
