The answer to your question is yes, being in an "elite" fraternity helps you date "elite girls." However you define that. But it's a qualified yes because it's also a chicken or the egg thing.

Correlation here isn't completely causation. The things that help you get into a "top tier" frat will also help you with women. There's also some selection bias at work here because if you have any shot to get a bid from Sig Ep/Chi it's overwhelmingly likely that you are already dating/hooking up with very attractive women and this isn't new for you.

The attributes that help anyone with women: being good looking/fitness, confidence, wealth, sociability/personality, intellect, kindness, humor, leadership, trust. And you can improve on all of these things with or without some Greek letters.

A good looking put-together guy with quiet confidence, wealth, positive personality, intelligence, good character, and was All-Conference in a sport isn't pulling because he's in a frat. He'd be pulling in an Engineering Club. It's just a lot of girls know they can find guys who meet their checklists at top frats so it becomes self perpetuating.
