In what world is sig ep better than sigma chi? Sig ep will drop to middle tier when seniors graduate

So true. The seniors are the ones who are controlling the frat. Sophomores and Juniors are not there yet to take over.

The juniors run Sig Ep right now and theyve had by far the best classes the last 2 rushes. I don't really like the guys myself but they're ranked high because they pull better than Sig Chi and when they have parties all the trim comes out.

Sig Ep is the rare because their underclassmen are chiller than the Seniors.
