Pikaps better socially. SAE has great philanthropy and involvement but their past 2 PCs have sucked. Pikaps too reckless but they always bounce back. I think they’re probably equal though at this point, both are solid.

Nah dude. Pi Kapp is the same. SAE had a bad class and Beta has been so bad it’s making Pi Kapp look so good. SAE will probably get a better pledge class in the future cuz they have better relationships with top sororitys then Pi Kapp. Pi Kapp is still doing very well.

Pi kapp is not on the rise at all. Every mixer they have had consists of 3 guys per one girl. They are trying way too hard and it just is not working. Every single pi kapp freshman groupie has moved onto different frats. Pi kapp is only good in the fall when there are new freshman girls.

100% not their on too much thin ice because of the previous suspensions, one more bad thing and they're done when sae has nothing like that at all, maybe if they really don't screw up but? also they really just mix w zeta where as sae has nice big parties

In terms of pledge classes, pi kapps is better than SAE. But debateable. In terms of social relations SAE is better no question and pi kapp mixers/parties have been pretty sad honestly compared to SAE
