With what funds. Beta is a bunch of broke asses who can’t afford the real parties 🎉. There is a reason why Top sororities are not impress with their parties

Pi kapp is not on the rise at all. Every mixer they have had consists of 3 guys per one girl. They are trying way too hard and it just is not working. Every single pi kapp freshman groupie has moved onto different frats. Pi kapp is only good in the fall when there are new freshman girls.

Pikaps better socially. SAE has great philanthropy and involvement but their past 2 PCs have sucked. Pikaps too reckless but they always bounce back. I think they’re probably equal though at this point, both are solid.
