What exactly is the “smoker” event that all frats have during rush week? What is the purpose of it?

It’s for you guys to smoke the guy who does the most wins. They will decide who isn’t getting a bid by who is weak. Practice a lot. Dude if you go to this school and have friends they can tell you no need for greekrank and my fake answer. Just talk to people.
