I think it's 99% certain that DG is gonna slide. The hazers will be tossed and the world will keep spinning. Most likely nothing is gonna happen. Too much $ and too many prominent people involved for the administration to do something stupid.

In the unlikely event that the administration does take serious measures against DG the top frats should also go underground. Sig Ep is basically underground already. If they go underground along with DG Sigma Chi would too. No real downside.
