When I first got to this school SAE was known as the best frat but I feel like now people are trying to say it’s middle tier when I think it’s still in the upper tier but maybe lower upper. Why have they gone downhill in your opinion?

during rush they were super overbearing, made you feel like they needed you. sig ep / sig chi don't need anyone, but they are fine with bringing you along for the ride. thats the difference right now

SAE got one of the worst classes I’ve ever seen from a so called “top tier” frat

SAE is waayyy too tight with the school. They screw up by not bidding kids on probation, having the softest process at the school, evaluating rushes by GPA and involvement, not bidding kids who pull but chicks say are jerks, not ghost pledging anyone, wifing up ADPis. Basically by doing EVERYTHING "right" to the letter, they got it wrong. A frat needs to have a bit of bad boy swag.

Wifing up adpi’s? What does that have to do with it ? ? You don’t have to generalize a whole group of girls i I mean if the girlfriends are hot it doesn’t matter what sorority they’re in
