Beta before this semester but phi Delt now tbh. They got a sick pc and have a great sophomore class too. They’ve already thrown a few solid parties after spring rush and are definitely on the rise. People probably have their own preferences but I’m just being completely honest.

Honestly most guys in both are whatever tbh. I mean there not very good looking either. There just not weird like other frats below them so that’s why they are what they are.
