Considering frats drop off hard after mid tier it should be divided more. Socially it’s currently:

Top:
Sig Ep/Sig Chi
They’re interchangeable and mix with the same sororities. Both can be considered top house.

Lower top:
SAE/PiKapp

Upper Mid:
Beta/ZBT

Mid:
Phi Delt
Sammy

Lower Mid:
AEPi
Kappa Sig

Bottom:
Alpha Sig/Lambda
