how to move up

Is it even possible for a frat to move up in the rankings? Besides from getting better pledge classes what else does it take?

Also are there any actual examples from the past recent years of a frat moving up from low to mid or mid to high

Basically a good pledge class is probably the most important. Other things like off campus houses, parties, intramural and the sororities they mix with also factor into rankings.

Sig ep used to be mid tier 4 years ago, Sammy was just under top 3 and are lower mid now, Beta used to be lower mid now they’re upper mid and Kappa Sig was rock bottom and are now lower mid (to name a few)
