unhoused frats
by: GuestHow do the unhoused frats compete and compare to the housed ones. I don't know much about miamis Greek life. Sigep is unhoused but top tier how to they stay relevant and party with no house?

houses don't matter much at all in Miami greek life. Probably because the houses here arn't even big compared to most southern schools. The frats here can only throw a few parties a semester at their campus houses. All decent frats have 8-10+ houses they can use in the miami area to throw down at without the schools rules, so thats how Sig Ep and Beta have been fine without one.
