is sae actually top tier?

I mean I know that at one point SAE was considered top tier. It seems like Pi Kapp pulls better and throws down waayyy harder. Is Pi Kapp above SAE now? It seems like there are more Pi Kapps that have good friends in the top 2 than SAEs

SAE still has a lot of involvement that imo makes up for their parties/tailgates. Idk if pikapp is above them yet other than socially but they’re interchangeable below top 2.

Sig chi/ sig ep are without a doubt top houses. Pi kap for sure hasn't jumped sae yet and i would still say sae is in the top tier.
