That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.

This is complete fake news. That's why sig ep will never want an on campus house.

If brothers living off campus have a party with substances the school and nationals both can't do anything about that.

IFC literally voted and will not allow Pike to get their house back until 2021, despite them even having the numbers to fill it. And it’s not like that house is used to throw down in a lot, I don’t think it should really factor into rankings anyway
